Get moving while spending time as a family!

One of the stories my dad and his sisters like to relive the most from their childhood is the times their mother would put on her tights, and invite them all to join her for family jazzercise.
Take a book out of my grandma’s page and kill two birds with one stone this year, by getting fit and spending time as a family at the same time!
Pick any number of in-home workouts and get everyone involved following along. The little ones might not, nor should they necessarily, do everything perfectly, but they will have a blast moving their bodies and getting stronger with Mom, Dad, or both.
A great 15-minute, in-home workout (geared specifically for women, but that will make everyone burn) is Metabolic Renewal.
After the high-intensity, finish off with a familial cool-down walk, which time-depending can be around the block or a big destination walk!
